Formula for Success: You Will…

 

  • Develop and implement ML models: Create and refine machine learning models tailored for NLP applications to advance our technological capabilities.
  • Develop, train and test modern GenAI/transformer-based models.
  • Work on multi-modal GenAI involving text and images.
  • Apply software patterns like RAG with hybrid search.
  • Finetuning LLMs.
  • Collaborate with software developers: Work closely with our development team to seamlessly integrate your models into our production systems, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
  • Optimize models: Enhance model performance and scalability to meet the demands of our extensive and diverse operational requirements.

 

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

 

  • MSc or PhD in Natural Language Processing, Data Science or related field (Candidates with pure Computer Science background must showcase strong focus on data science through projects/internships).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience (4+ years preferred).
    Note: Work experience in academia will only be counted if the applicant has completed a PhD.
  • ML model development: Proven experience in creating and deploying machine learning models for NLP, showcasing your expertise in these critical areas.
  • Framework proficiency: Strong knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras to develop and refine ML models efficiently.
  • Library familiarity: Proficiency with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers for NLP to leverage advanced tools and techniques in your work.
  • Data preprocessing skills: Competence in data preprocessing and feature engineering using tools like pandas, SQL, or similar technologies to prepare high-quality datasets.
  • Proficient in PyTorch/Tensorflow, Huggingface Transformers/SentenceTransformers, LangChain/LangGraph/sklearn/numpy/Pandas/SQL/NoSQL DBs including Vector DBs/Docker/Kubernetes/MLFlow/FastAPI/GraphQL/Azure/AWS/git.
  • Experience with agent-based systems is desirable.
  • A background in Chemistry will also be considered favorably.
