Community Outreach Canada helps people with disabilities prepare for work, connect with inclusive employers, and thrive on the job. We also support clients who want to pursue self-employment and build a small business.

Since 2007, we have helped build strong employer networks across Ontario and created real job opportunities through placements, mentorships, internships, and job trials. We work alongside employers to support inclusion and remove barriers so teams can hire with confidence.
