Lethbridge, AB – Onsite

We are looking for a Process Strategy Coordinator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Lethbridge, AB.

Accountable to the Warehouse Manager, the Process Strategy Coordinator will provide supervision to the two Department Trainers in regard to the effective utilization of these positions to fulfill the onboarding and training needs of each department during the start and throughout the contract period.

As a Process Strategy Coordinator, you create chemistry by…

  • Assisting the Site Management and Supervisors with maintaining the Competency Records of all staff, current and past. As well as managing the Site’s Training Matrix, SharePoint, and Teams pages.
  • Coordinating the maintenance of Site SOPs and WIs and ensuring the Site’s readiness for Regulatory Audits (RC, AWSA, ETS, QHSE, QMS, ICS).
  • Maintaining and updating site Emergency Plan, including all site maps for evacuation routes, and emergency equipment. As well as conducting annual fire, medical, emergency, and spill drills.
  • Assisting Site Management with maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for each site process. Ensuring current copies of all SOP/WI documents are on hand for Audit purposes and for purposes of training new and existing employees.

If you have…

  • A Business Management diploma or Certified Engineering Technologist designation.
  • A Project Management (PMP) designation or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory, leadership experience. Minimum 3 years in a production environment.
  • Additional experience in Inventory management; Planning/Scheduling.
  • Mathematical and mechanical amplitude.
  • PM software equivalent to Microsoft Project.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
