Request Office Services Inc. is embarking on a journey to build its commercial printing, fulfillment, and delivery business into a multinational company. Establishing printing businesses and partners in the northern countries of South America is key to this endeavour. However, the marketing and advertising strategies in these countries are foreign to our management, marketing, and sales teams, which is why we are looking for a marketing specialist with at least one year of marketing experience in any of these nations to join our team and put this plan into motion. You will play a vital role in market analysis and research, developing communication strategies and engaging potential partners, and developing plans and reports that will serve as the basis of our branching out. This will be a permanent, long-term, full-time position that will require close collaboration with our teams here in Richmond Hill, so this job will not be remote. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
The following are a number of requirements for this position in order to proceed to the interview stage:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or foreign university equivalent
- A minimum of 1-year working experience in a marketing position in Colombia, Ecuador, or Peru
- Workplace experience in market research, analysis, and neuromarketing
- Strong knowledge of foreign marketing practices and marketing strategies in South America
- Fluency in English and Spanish, as well as in reading and writing
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an aptitude to make change and think outside the box. This individual will need to see the big picture and interact with foreign partners to foster and develop commercial relations on a long-term basis.
