Must have strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette and a sales-oriented and positive attitude. Customer service experience is a plus. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multiple-demand work environment. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidate must successfully complete Ticketmaster’s “New Hire Training Program” and meet Quality Assurance requirements within the initial 60 days of employment.
