We are looking for a strong individual to join our Go-To-Market, Project Management team. Leading consumer wireless & residential product launches, Customer Experience and digital initiatives, our mandate is to ensure we consistently work as One Rogers to deliver excellence with urgency through disciplined execution.  Our approach focuses on the quality end to end experience of our employees and customers, sustainable performance and value, and a need to continuously improve.


    Partners with Program Owner to identify all key stakeholders to evolve project scope, business case and KPI’s in order to establish accurate costing and timing required to deliver highly complex and impactful programs

    Takes ownership, builds trusting partnerships with key stakeholders to resolve issues, complete actions, and manage risks and to drive successful product and launch readiness

    Holds project teams accountable, removing barriers and shifting strategy or approach in response to uncovering roadblocks

    Uses projections and forecasts to prevent negative variances and optimize the allocation of resources/ effort on projects

    Raises flags and thinks outside the box to develop solutions with the right people that consider the employee, and customer while minimizing impact to project costs and timelines

    Ensures applicable project artifacts such as integrated plans, RAID logs, risk management plans, dashboards, etc. are being used effectively to drive projects

    Actively manages and reports on project status in a clear and concise manner, reviewing plan at key intervals with cross-functional primes for alignment  

    Develops high-performing project teams through trust and transparency and create synergies across business units

    Drives and tracks change management work as project deliverables are rolled out

    Effectively leverages the Stage Gate process ensuring all gates, appropriate status updates and decisions are brought through applicable governance forums in a timely manner to drive project success

    Coordinates Channel readiness, including marketing, communications and call centre readiness to ensure a great customer experience and timely launch

    Understands corporate values and objectives; guides decisions accordingly

    Proactively evaluates impacts to projects and drives solutions, including developing mitigation tactics to ensure sufficient contingency plans for risk which go beyond project

    Manage or develop junior project managers/contributors to the project.


    7+ years end to end management of large scale complex program/portfolio management in medium and/or large organizations or consulting firms.

    Experience with every phase of a large project or group of smaller projects, including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing all technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the project.

    Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with expertise in MS Office including MS Project

    Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

    Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality deliverables

    Results driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to lead concurrent projects with multidisciplinary cross-functional project teams

    Proven leadership skill set (influencing, negotiation, facilitation, decision-making, problem-solving) within a project management environment directly applying PM tools/methodology as well as a proven ability to work effectively across Business Units (technical, non-technical) and with multiple levels of the organization (Working Level to Executive Level)

    Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of work

    Highly motivated and proactive individual capable of owning and driving assignments with ability to influence (add value) and interpret requests which may not be clearly defined

    Experience in managing and developing a team of project managers

    Working experience in Telco, Digital or related technology industry projects or programs.

    PMP certification required

    Knowledge in JIRA, Agile (including scrum master) and business analyst skill ideal
