    Provide project-specific administrative skills to ENMAX Power Services Residential and Commercial and business lines.  Know that you are valued as a crucial contributor to the team.

    Major Responsibilities:
        Set up and administer construction and project management related work files and associated documentation.
        Plan project, procure resources and develop high level schedule for small/medium projects
        Communication and coordination with internal/external project stakeholders.
        Distribute project status reports.
        Review and administer safety documentation including hazard/near miss reports and contractor monthly performance logs.
        Track safety statistical data and prepare monthly statistical reports.
        Record and issuance of meeting minutes involving project management, construction and safety meetings.  
        Maintain and manage live link documentation as it relates to RCI Project Management and Construction.
        Administrate project close-out.
        Requests Inspections, Cable tests, EPC Work requests and Energizations
        Provide ongoing support to all project stakeholders including but not limited to Business Unit Manager, Construction Supervisor, Scheduler, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Inspectors, Customers and Contractors.
        Review and monitor accounts receivable reports, initiating appropriate mitigation measures to resolve late payment issues. Assist with project cost control including Change Order Management.
        Investigate, research and provide input to Project Manager involving project variance reports.
        Prepare monthly KPI Reports for review by management and other Key Stakeholders.
        Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets as required including ad hoc reporting.
        Provide back-up support to other Project Administrators, Scheduler and Project Lead.

    Education Required:
        Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
        Project Management Certificate or equivalent PMI
        Candidates with directly related work experience may be considered.

    Qualifications & Experience:
        Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a fast paced deadline driven environment
        Working knowledge of financial and project management processes
        Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Power Point)
        Knowledge or experience with Maximo is considered an asset

    Salary: Administrator Level D (Current CUPE 2018 rates)

    $60,367.03 - $64,156.09 - $67,905.47 - $71,694.53 - $75,463.75
