GARDAWORLD is seeking an experienced manager to fill a senior role in Operations as a Operations Manager in our Protective Services Branch in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Manager, Operations & Administration will be responsible for the development and application of resources necessary to fulfil service delivery commitments to the region including, scheduling, mobile division, office management, customer relations, day-to-day branch operations and client management. A priority to this position is the retention of existing clients and daily problem resolution.

Acceptable candidates will have 3-5 years of security management/supervision or other management/sales experience in a Customer Service business line with preference given in the Security Industry.
