A Grade 12 graduate with 1 - 3 years of loan administration experience? (Commercial loan administration experience would be considered an asset.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer programs?
As part of the Administration team, you will be responsible for clerical loan administration duties. This includes ~ Conducting Personal Property Registry searches and registrations ~ Conducting ISC Land Registry searches, registrations, amendments and discharges ~ Conducting property tax searches ~ Preparing consumer and commercial loan and mortgage documentation ~ Disbursing and completing files.
