What you’ll do 

The Inside Sales Representative (Small Business Group Representative) is responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain & develop a portfolio of new & established clients in order to increase sales & maximize growth/profitability. This role also follows up with leads generated from all Imagewear channels. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a geographical team of Regional Sales Managers, Corporate Sales Managers & Sales Admin’s to maximise sales and profitability targets

  •  potential for the products & services offered by Imagewear

  • Working from an assigned client base, you are responsible for researching the needs of the clients & tailoring purchasing programs and documents for them

  • You will own a portfolio of accounts & be responsible for “Portfolio Maintenance” (i.e. adding new accounts, closing accounts, updating data, etc.)

  • You will strive to add new accounts to your portfolio and build customer relationships, also completing regular account profiling activities

  • You will follow up on customer leads with a “TODAY” focus (within 24 hours)

  • You are responsible for ensuring the clients/prospect database is up to date through proper utilization of the software

  • You will prepare monthly sales and pipeline reports, also participating in bi-weekly sales meetings by sharing sales opportunities & methodologies

What you’ve done

  • A minimum of 2-3 years related experience in a B2B sales environment is essential

  • Knowledge of Mark’s products, or knowledge of the construction/ trades industry would be considered an asset

  • Demonstrated persuasiveness and decision making skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF Software
