Position description: Libro Credit Union has an opening in our London or Essex Administration Office for a Facilities Manager. This key role will develop real estate strategies and solutions which support Libro’s corporate business plan while providing overall direction, leadership and advice for all facilities and real estate related matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining facilities for all of Libro’s 35 locations across 6 regions maintaining appropriate standards and regulatory requirements for a customer centric financial institution.
Qualifications Required: The ideal candidate will possess a diverse knowledge of real estate, the financial industry, strategic planning, people management and project management. A university degree, with 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in property management or a related field, leadership experience, and a Facilities Management certificate or industry designation in Facilities are required. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be an asset.
