Help FCC employees work more efficiently

As an Employee Enablement analyst, you’ll provide software and hardware training, support and advice on workstation, smartphone, virtual presence and productivity tools for all of FCC.

What you'll do:

    Troubleshoot issues related to corporate Windows 10, GPOs, and Office 365
    Select, onboard and transition support of new software and hardware solutions
    Drive adoption of supported technology through content development and education
    Assess, co-ordinate and communicate technical changes and implementations
    Collaborate with other IT product teams to assess change impacts or troubleshoot cross-platform issues

What we're looking for:

    Variety of IT software and hardware support experience
    Self-motivated, technically curious and creative troubleshooter
    Passion for creating an excellent customer experience
    Team player willing go the extra mile
    Ability to travel up to two times per quarter

What you'll need:

    Undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering and four to six years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
    Deep understanding of all Microsoft technologies and a MCSA: Office 365 or a MCSE: Private Cloud
    Extensive knowledge of ITIL, computer and smartphone hardware, voice over IP and videoconferencing equipment
