We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill a team leader position. You will report to the Manager Retail Deposits.
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, enjoy a challenge and can provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance management to develop a high performance sales staff. Successful candidates are responsible for promoting exceptional member relationships, products, services, and delivery in retail deposits.
One year post-secondary training and a minimum 3 years experience in the financial services industry or a combination of education and experience
Demonstrated management or supervisory skills with good understanding of coaching for success
Demonstrated experience managing deposits and investments
Sales oriented background with a strong understanding of the sales process
Good communication and public relations skills with an aptitude for relationship building
Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and initiative
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Promotion and delivery of deposit and investment products and services in a professional, convenient, and personalized manner
Advanced knowledge of deposit and investment services
Basic knowledge of all other products and services to facilitate referrals
Overall responsibility of branch property and equipment in conjunction with Facilities and Property Manager
Ensure effective in-branch marketing and communication to members in conjunction with Manager Marketing
Business development to grow the credit union deposit portfolio
