Do you have what it takes?
Be a neat freak and ensure that deliveries are organized and loaded in a safe and efficient manner
Identify and substitute products for customer order discrepancies
Conduct regular warehouse inspections throughout the shift
Be responsible for the RTV process including generating return authorization credits and customer pick ups
Ensure that pre and post trip inspections are completed on MHE before operating? Safety really is this important!
Complete weekly inventories as directed
Coordinate the day-to-day aspects of the Distribution Department as required
Assist supervisors in the collections, entry and communication of data such as KPI’s, and cottage Delivery
Promote and foster a positive attitude both within and outside the department
Debrief delivery teams by completing manifests
Coordinate delivery windows to support the delivery associates, sales, and customer service departments
Pledge to answer phone calls from associates, other departments, and customers in a happy, positive, and helpful way!?
Tackle assigned tasks as needed by the Supervisors and Coordinators
Do you have?
A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a warehouse or delivery environment
A high school diploma or equivalent
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset. Parlez-vous français? That would be a huge plus!
Are you able to?
Provide great… no wait, “AMAZING”… customer service?
Maintain a safe working environment throughout all activities?
Think quickly and tackle problems on your own?
Lift heavy objects? Mattresses are quite heavy!

As a member of the Distribution Center (DC) you will play a major role in making sure each and every purchase ends in a happy face! You will need to show passion for great service and a positive can-do attitude! We are big on support – so remember, as an employee at Sleep Country; you will always have the support of a dynamic team from the moment the order is placed to the moment you leave a customer’s home. To uphold this level of awesomeness, we require our Evening Debriefers to be available 7 days a week! This includes evenings and weekends.
