Customer Service Representative, Part- time
The Customer Service Representative is where the story begins. In this role you are the first hello, the first smile – you are the welcome for our customers. The Customer Service Representative not only responds to our customers’ needs but anticipates them and asks questions to better understand, and then matches the right product, service or expert. This is the opportunity that will kick start your career in financial services.
Greeting and welcoming our customers, establishing and building trust and rapport
Providing exceptional service and support to our customers
Posting financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cheque cashing
Uncovering needs of customers through conversation; referring customers to in-branch experts
Continually participating in learning opportunities and acquiring new knowledge on products and services
Setting individual and team goals with manager and maintaining daily and weekly plans

You have a passion for customer service and love nothing more than building that relationship and making your customer happy. While you can’t read minds (super bonus if you can), you take pride in your ability to ask questions, seek out information, and find out what your customers need. Your smile warms up a room and your genuine, caring approach shines through in every customer interaction.
We are looking for individuals to join our CSR Pool where you would work at a minimum of four branches within a defined region. We are seeking individuals for 2 regions:
The Maple Ridge, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, New Westminster and Burnaby Region
The Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Langley, and New Westminster Region
Employees are welcome to travel to all branches but this is not required. This is a part-time position with a guarantee of 60 hours per month (generally two full day shifts per week), with lots of opportunity to work more days if available and flexible. You must be available Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Working in our CSR Pool is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while beginning a lasting career in financial services.
Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
