Provides support to the Labour Relations Department by completing a variety of research, analysis and special projects, and by maintaining and continuously improving the LR database. Coordinates CMBC responses to FOIPPA requests and ensures they are properly compiled and redacted within the required time limit.
University degree specializing in industrial relations. Previous labour relations experience involving research, statistical analysis and database administration. Experience must include extensive usage of traditional office software for word processing, spreadsheets & database management.
Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.
