Agent, Member Service Centre (Part- time 3 days/ week), Temporary-12 months
As an Agent in the Member Service Centre you are responsible for providing superior service to our members over the telephone, interacting with the member to understand their needs and make the best product and service match. With every interaction you present a positive pleasant public image and provide fast, efficient service. Your responsibilities include responding to member inquiries, providing advice where appropriate, processing a wide variety of investment and credit transactions, resolving routine concerns, completing necessary paperwork and identifying and following up on cross-selling opportunities.
Key qualifications for this position include:
A minimum of one year’s experience within a financial services environment; some call centre experience preferred
Knowledge of deposit related products, personal lending and lines of credit
Proven sales and service ability over phone
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
This position requires the chosen individual to have a flexible schedule as the MSC is open 8am to 8pm, Monday thru Friday, and 9am to 4pm, Saturdays. This position is part time, 90/ hours a month guarantee with potentially more hours. This is subject to change based on the needs of the department and the organization.
Individuals with less than the minimum qualifications will be considered for this position if no other qualified applications are received. If the chosen candidate has less than the minimum qualifications they would start as an Agent Trainee.
